Mél Hogan is a candidate in the Joint PhD in Communication at Concordia University.
Her work is on digital value through digital archives, media repositories, and online distribution models for video artists. As a Curatorial Research Creation project, her PhD is based at wayward.ca.
She works on a project with Dr. Kim Sawchuk called Illustrating Medicine. She is the Art Director and Publisher of nomorepotlucks, and makes haiku-videos for 52 pick-up. She also writes for Art Threat from time to time.
She has recently been working on video made just for web and mobile devices.
